Mercury is soaring and one can easily suffer a heat stroke on extended exposure to the sun.
“Extreme fatigue, thirst, cramps, giddiness are signs of sun stroke.
Heat is the most intense between 2 pm to 5 pm. In fact, Meteorological Department has recorded highest temperatures during those hours.
If it is unavoidable for people to go out during the afternoon, they should cover themselves to avoid the sun.....also apart from increasing water intake. ..their are certain foods which help prevent sunstroke.
