It's not what you eat, but what you digest that counts too

It's not what you eat, but what you digest that counts too

What you eat is only half the battle in getting the needed nutrition to your millions of cells that rely on that nourishment for everyday functioning. You are what you eat, but you are also what you absorb.
You can eat all the food you want, but if your body can't assimilate your protein, carbs, or fats, it doesn't do you any good.

If what you eat makes you cramp, bloated, gassy, etc., you are not absorbing it so what's the point? This is a especially true for people with digestive issues.

Failure to fully digest your meals can lead to poor muscle growth, lack of energy, and even bouts of depression.

So if you want a better body, it's not just what you eat. It's how you eat, too.
