GOD'S PHARMACY

It's been said that God first separated the salt water from the fresh, made dry land, planted a garden, made animals and fish. all before making a human. He made and provided what we'd need before we were born. These are best & more powerful when eaten raw.
Many fruits and vegetables do look like certain body parts and they may help those body parts stay well.
The doctrine of signatures is an ancient European philosophy that held that plants bearing parts that resembled human body parts, animals, or other objects, had useful relevancy to those parts, animals or objects.

Eyes
A sliced Carrot resembles the human eye including the pupil, iris, and radiating lines. Science indicates that carrots help protect the vision, especially night vision.
A Tomato has up to four chambers and is commonly red. Tomatoes are rich in lycopene and helps prevent heart disease, prostate cancer, breast and more. Tomato juice can also reduce the tendency toward blood clotting.

Walnuts resemble the brain, mimicking the wrinkles and folds of the neocortex. Research suggests that walnuts may reduce the risk or delay the onset of Alzheimer's disease. The high concentration of omega-3 fats in walnuts promotes healthy brain function.

Heart
Grapes hang in a cluster that resembles the shape of the heart. The stronger the color of the grape is, the higher the concentration of phytonutrients. Grapes prevent heart disease and reduce platelet clumping and harmful blood clots.

Celery has a bone like appearance and is rich in silicon and Vitamin K, which are needed for healthy joints and bones

Sweet Potatoes resemble the pancreas and have a low glycemic index count, which is beneficial for diabetics.

Olives resemble ovaries and may help reduce hot flashes in women going through menopause. Research indicates that Olive Oil may reduce ovarian cancer by 30%.

Oranges, Grapefruits and other Citrus fruits have been compared to the appearance of female mammary glands. These fruits contain nutrients that are helpful in the fight against breast cancer.

Sliced Onions resemble skin cells and contain quercetin. Studies have shown when treated with a combination of quercetin and ultrasound at 20 kHz for 1-minute duration, skin and prostate cancers show a 90% mortality within 48 hours with no visible mortality of normal cells.

Kidney Beans, true to their name are kidney shaped. They provide nutrients that are helpful to the human kidneys. Kidney beans contain molybdenum, which helps sulfite oxidase to form and is responsible for detoxifying sulfites.

Avocados were used by the Aztecs as a sex stimulant and the Aztec name for avocado was ahuacatl, meaning "testicle." An extract of avocado impedes the growth of both androgen-dependent and androgen-independent prostate cancer cells. Today's research shows that when a woman eats 1 avocado a week, it balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight and prevents cervical cancers. And how profound is this? .... It takes exactly 9 months to grow an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit. There are over 14,000 photolytic chemical constituents of nutrition in each one of these foods (modern science has only studied and named about 141 of them).

Figs have a rich history and often been referred to as a sexual food, this is partly symbolic due to the appearance of the fruit. Figs are loaded with seeds and when halved, many note a resemblance to female genitalia. The Hindu name for fig is anjeer and research has shown that anjeer is helpful for sexual weakness. Figs have also been mentioned as a source helpful for male fertility and motility.

OMEGA 3 FATTY ACID ……..WHAT IS IT ACTUALLY?

OMEGA 3 FATTY ACID ……..WHAT IS IT ACTUALLY?

Why should we consume Omega 3?

Consuming Omega-3 fatty acids promotes heart health
It lowers cholesterol levels and high blood pressure
It reduces blood clotting in the arteries and protect from hardening of the arteries,
It reduces inflammation and stiff joints in those with arthritis
It improves symptoms of depression
It improves blood sugar levels in those with diabetes
Gives added shine n luster to hair and skin

What is this omega 3 fatty acid but…………….

To begin with we must distinguish between the two polyunsaturated fatty acids which are termed essential because they cannot be made in the body and therefore must be present in the diet. They are linoleic acid (LA), an omega 6 fat, which is widely available in a vegetarian diet, being present in large quantities in most oils and other vegetable based fatty foods, and alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an omega 3 fat, which is not so widely available in a vegetarian diet, and is generally considered to be the more beneficial of the two EFAs. Alpha-linolenic acid is what is known as an omega 3 fat.

Taking an overview of the various fatty acids intake recommendations worldwide, and the confounding factors surrounding the common vegetarian diet, leads to a conclusion that an ALA intake of 1.5% of total energy is optimum for vegetarians – or roughly 4g a day. However it is also important for vegetarians to ensure that their intake of LA is not too high compared with ALA since a higher intake of LA interferes with the process in which the human body converts ALA into the even more beneficial EPA and DHA, so a LA to ALA ratio of around 4 to 1 or slightly lower is considered to be the optimum, but any steps to bring down an excessively high amount of omega 6 fats in the diet would be beneficial.

SOURCES
Did  you know that mother’s milk produces Omega 3 ALA? – food for thought.
Seafood
The best source of omega fatty acids is seafood, since fish oil has high concentrations of the important fatty acids, DHA and EPA.Fatty fish such as salmon, herring, mackerel, sardines and tuna are significant sources and two3 ounce servings per week are recommended
Omega-3 fatty acids are also found in:
  • walnuts, Brazil nuts, Soy nuts
  •  Flax seeds,  Pumpkin seeds
  • Soybeans, navy beans, kidney beans, Green beans
  • Vegetables; broccoli, cauliflower, Avocado
  • Fruits;  raspberries, strawberries, kiwifruit, papaya
