Nutritious Antioxidant Rich Chutney
Ingredients -
• Coriander leaves - 1 small bunch
• Palak -1/2 bunch
• Mint leaves a few • Curry leaves 12-15 leaves
• Tomato - 1 small
• Onion – 1
• Garlic – 7-10 cloves
• Lemon juice – 1-2 tbsp
• Green chilli – 1-2
• Ginger - a small piece
• Roasted flaxseed powder - 1 tbsp
• Dalia (split channa dal)- 1tbsp
• Salt to taste

Method -
Grind all the ingredients together. Serve as an accompaniment
with dosa, idli, dhokla, chilla, pancakes, chapati, upma , make
sandwiches.
