Increase your immunity with the power of
antioxidant foods. This can be achieved by increasing the intake of
seasonal fruits like amla, guava,plums,peaches,papaya,pomegranate,
cherries and vegetables like ambadi ki bhaji,ambatchuka (Khatti
Palak) , chaulai ka saag besides the usual spinach, methi, patra, mint
and coriander. Get lycopene of tomatoes through tangy tomato soup, also
add some beetroot, different coloured capsicium, ginger, garlic for
added protection.
Eat more of Dark colored fruits and vegetables as they
have more antioxidants than light.
