Avoid Spicy food in summer

Avoid Spicy food in summer

Digestive problems are common during summer. Few people's appetite decreases, some suffer from dehydration or diarrhea which makes it difficult to deal with digestive problems.

During summer, avoid oily, hot, spicy fried foods with lot of garam masala, chillies, garlic as these foods leads to indigestion and other stomach problems.

To improve digestion and prevent summer digestive problems, have spices or herbs like Coriander, fenugreek, fennel seeds, cardamom, cumin, ginger and parsley in your summer diet.
