What are you aiming at.... Pills or natural foods.

When someone says would you eat 10-12 katoris dal to meet your protein requirement or say drink 1-1.5 litre milk to meet a day protein requirement....and advices to take just take 2 scoops of so n so powder and meet your requirement....what do you feel....again shortcut to health.
