Resolution special - Try something new
Try a yoga 🧘♀ class or a Spin 🤸🏼♂class. If you don't enjoy that, try Pilates or Zumba. Go ice skating ⛷ or skiing…go hiking
Want to eat better? Take a healthy cooking class.
