Thandai with a twist....thandai ice cream

1 kg vanilla ice cream
a few saffron (kesar) strands
To be ground into a fine powder
1/4 cup almonds (badam)
2tbsp watermelon seeds
2tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp poppy seeds (khus-khus)
2 tbsp fennel seeds (saunf)
1/2 tsp green cardamom (elaichi) powder
¼ inch pc of cinnamon
8-10 dried rose petal
10 to 12 black peppercorns (kalimirch)
20 white peppercorns

Take 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream and add to it the soaked mixture of  thandai powder or 2tbsp  thandai syrup, blend it well and then again refrigerate it for 4-6 hours.
Garnish with almonds, pistachios,saffron and rose petals. Serve chilled.
